Maxis Retail Ltd began in a fairly modest way, just a husband and wife team with a shared interest in quality watches and the opportunity to source some genuinely great brands. A good watch is one of those rare things that almost everyone appreciates, regardless of style or budget.

For the past five years, we've been selling through Amazon and eBay. That experience taught us a great deal about what customers really value: choice, competitive pricing and, most importantly, confidence that what they're buying is genuine. Maxis Retail is the next step in that journey, our own website built around everything we've learned, without being limited by a marketplace.

Every product we sell comes from established supplier relationships that we've built over time. We buy directly from manufacturers or their official UK distributors, so when you shop with us, you can be confident you're purchasing authentic products from authorised sources.

Eyewear became a natural addition to our range after we began stocking Zippo products and discovered their reading glasses and sunglasses collections. As regular glasses wearers ourselves, we were impressed by the quality and value, making them a perfect fit alongside the brands we already offered.

We're only just getting started. Our range continues to grow, with new watch collections, additional accessories, leather goods and jewellery all being added over time. Every category you see today represents the foundation of what we plan to build upon in the years ahead.

When you buy from Maxis Retail, we like to keep things simple. We offer free UK delivery across our entire store and a straightforward 30 day returns policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery, provided it remains in it's original condition.
