Maxis Retail Ltd (company number 13491694) is an independent family run UK business founded by a husband and wife team, Ryan and Claire. What began as an interest in sourcing products from trusted brands has grown into a business built on honesty, value and treating every customer as we would want to be treated ourselves.

Before launching our own retail website, shopmaxis.com, we spent more than five years successfully selling through established online marketplaces, including Amazon and eBay. During that time, we have supplied thousands of watches and accessories to customers across the UK, building lasting relationships with leading manufacturers and their official UK distributors.

We are especially proud of the reputation we have built. We created our own retail website to offer customers a wider choice, competitive prices and a more personal shopping experience than marketplaces can provide. By selling directly through our own website, we are able to offer a broader range of products, provide more detailed product information and deliver the same trusted service that our marketplace customers have come to expect.

Every product we sell on this website is purchased by Maxis Retail Ltd directly from manufacturers or their official UK distributors. The products are owned by us, held as our own stock and dispatched directly by us to our customers. We retain supplier invoices and supporting documentation for all products offered on this website. We do not use dropshipping suppliers and we do not source products from unofficial suppliers or grey market channels. This means customers are purchasing directly from Maxis Retail Ltd, with orders fulfilled by us from stock we hold.

As our business has grown and so has our range. While watches remain at the heart of what we do, we have expanded into jewellery, leather goods, accessories and eyewear. As regular glasses wearers ourselves, we understand the importance of finding products that combine quality, comfort and value. That personal experience inspired us to introduce carefully selected reading glasses and sunglasses from trusted brands, with many more collections planned as we continue to grow.

Although we are continually adding new products and brands, one thing remains constant: we only stock products that we would be happy to buy ourselves. If we do not believe a product offers genuine quality and value, it does not make it into our range.
