The Zippo OB209-4 sunglasses combine a retro-inspired rounded profile with a sporty full-rim design. Constructed from lightweight polycarbonate, the substantial frame gives the OB209-4 a distinctive appearance, while Zippo branding along the temples provides a recognisable finishing detail. The curved 8C lens profile adds to the sport-influenced design while maintaining the vintage character of the frame.

Polycarbonate lenses provide UV400 protection, filtering 99.9% of harmful UVA and UVB radiation for maximum UV protection. Polycarbonate is also used for the frame and temples, with rubber temple tips providing additional comfort. The OB209-4 features 54mm wide lenses, a 17mm bridge, 135mm overall frame width and 145mm temples, and is supplied with a soft microfibre pouch for storage and cleaning.
