The Zippo OS38 range features a streamlined sport design with a pronounced wraparound profile for leisure and active outdoor use. Constructed from lightweight polycarbonate, the frame, lenses and temples create a durable, low-weight design, while rubber temple tips provide additional grip and comfort. The range is available in two distinctive lens colourways: OS38-01 with yellow/orange lenses and OS38-02 with blue lenses.

The polycarbonate lenses provide UV400 protection, filtering 99.9% of harmful UVA and UVB radiation for maximum UV protection. An 8C base curve creates the strongly curved lens profile characteristic of the OS38 design, providing greater coverage around the sides of the face. The combination of aerodynamic styling, lightweight materials and UV400 lenses gives the OS38 its distinctive sport-focused appearance.
